MOTOR RACING commentary, opinion and news website, www.theracetorque.com, will sponsor the Ryan Pannowitch memorial trophy event for Hyundai Excel racers, to be held at Mallala Raceway in South Australia later this year. 

The event is being billed as the biggest event on the local Excel Cup series calendar and is run annually in the memory of former Excel racer, Ryan Pannowitch. It will be held on August 18-20 this year.

theracetorque.com will sponsor the fifth of six heat races to be held across the unique weekend, which is aiming to attract interstate competitors to compete alongside the 30-plus strong SA Excel cup contingent.

The event will have tow money for interstate competitors, prize money, participation prizes and more in a unique format for the ever-growing entry level one make class.

The Race Torque and parent company Race Torque Media (RTM) are proudly South Australian owned and operated and are long-term supporters of local motor racing.

The support of this key state-level event is part of a broader plan to enhance the coverage of state and club level Motorsport this year: particularly in South Australia but also Australia-wide.

RTM has also supported leading South Australian Excel competitor Asher Johnston and the Check It Out Graphics team since 2005.
