CROWDS down to 4,000 people a day. Nobody on top of The Mountain. No fans on the infield. No campers. No big podium celebration. Bathurst 2020 will be different.

Back when Lockdown 1 started, we #TBTed to the punters who made the 2019 edition of The Great Race great.
Obviously with the 2020 of things, we are simply lucky to have a race at all, largely thanks to the sacrifice of the teams who have kept the show on the road.
While we can’t all be there this year, we can always look back at the good times, and look forward to a return to normality in the future.

A vastly experienced Motorsport Public Relations operator, journalist, commentator and photographer, Mark brings his unique angle to The Race Torque in both words and imagery. As well as serving as our key photographer on the ground at major events around Australia (and overseas), Walker will often chime in with his unique and pin-point sharp viewpoint of the racing world via the keyboard too.
