Ten hours of Tele for Race Tasmania

THE Hi-Tec Oils Race Tasmania event at Symmons Plains on March 22 and 23 will feature eight hours of television coverage simulcast on SBS, Fox Sports and Kayo Sports and a total of 10 hours including live streaming online.
Featuring the opening round of the Trico Trans Am Series, the two-day event will air on SBS, Fox and Kayo on both Saturday March 22 and Sunday March 23 from 1.00 to 5.00pm AEDT. SBS’ coverage on the Sunday will be on SBS onDEMAND.
Fans will be able to stream additional on-track action from Symmons Plains on both Saturday and Sunday from 11.00am to 12.30pm AEDT via the Trico Trans Am Series, Race Tasmania and V8 Sleuth Facebook pages.
These live streams will also be viewable on the Trans Am and V8 Sleuth YouTube channels.
Respected motorsport broadcaster Aaron Noonan will head the on-air team and host the two-day coverage from Symmons Plains Raceway in Tasmania.
Long-time race caller Matt Naulty will be joined by Tickford Supercars ace Thomas Randle to call all of the Trico Trans Am Series action, as well as the season-opening round of the Australian Prototype Series.
The round is the first of seven rounds this season for the Trico Trans Am Series with reigning champ Todd Hazelwood, 2023 series winner James Moffat and 2021 and 2022 champ Nathan Herne all among a packed field making the trip south.
Another long-time commentator, Cameron van den Dungen, joins the team to call a range of support categories and will be joined by a rotation of drivers including Hazelwood, Moffat and TCR Australia Series race winner Ben Bargwanna.
The Trico Trans Am Series will be supported at Symmons Plains by the Australian Prototype Series, ACL Hyundai Excel Series and the Sparco Tassie Tin Tops category, as well as demos from Drift League.
